What is the range on a single charge?
Our bikes offer 60-120 km range depending on the model. Factors include: rider weight, terrain, speed, assist level, and weather. ELECTRO LIGHT: 60-80 km, ELECTRO BOLD: 80-100 km, ELECTRO DESIGN: 100-120 km.
How long does charging take?
Full charge: 4-6 hours. Quick charge to 80%: 3 hours. You can charge at home using a standard outlet. The charger automatically stops when full.
What's the maximum speed?
25 km/h with pedal assist (EU standard). Can reach 30-35 km/h with throttle where permitted. Speed is limited electronically for safety and legal compliance.
Are they waterproof?
Yes, IP65 water-resistant. You can ride in rain safely. Avoid submerging in water or using high-pressure washers on electrical components.
What's the weight limit?
Standard models: 120 kg. ELECTRO CARGO: 150 kg including cargo. This includes rider + cargo + accessories.

How long is delivery?
Turkey delivery times:
- Standard: 3-7 business days
- Express (major cities): 1-2 business days
- Remote areas: 7-10 business days

Is shipping free?
Yes, free standard shipping on all bikes within Turkey. Express delivery available for additional fee. International shipping quotes provided on request.
How is the bike packaged?
Bikes arrive 95% assembled in protective packaging. You only need to attach: front wheel, handlebars, pedals. Tools and instructions included. Takes 15-30 minutes.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently shipping within Turkey only. International expansion planned for 2025. Contact us for updates on your region.
Warranty & Returns
What does the warranty cover?
Coverage periods:
- • Frame & Fork: 2 years
- • Motor, Battery, Controller: 2 years
- • Other components: 1 year
Covers manufacturing defects only. Not covered: wear items, crash damage, modifications, improper maintenance.
Can I return my bike?
Yes, 30-day return policy. Bike must be in original condition with minimal use. We cover return shipping for defective items. Customer pays shipping for change of mind returns.
How do I claim warranty?
Simple process:
- Email warranty@rinbike.com with photos and description
- Provide proof of purchase
- We review within 3-5 days
- Approved claims: free repair or replacement
What about battery warranty?
2-year warranty guarantees 70% capacity after 500 charge cycles. Normal capacity reduction isn't covered. Battery failure is covered. Expected lifespan: 800-1000 cycles.

Where can I get service?

How do I care for the battery?
- Store at 15-25°C room temperature
- Charge every 2-3 months during storage
- Avoid full discharge (charge at 20%)
- Keep away from extreme heat/cold
- Remove battery when washing bike
